 Tianjin Normal University (TNU) is situated in a beautiful seashore city----Tianjin, which is about 120 kilometers from Beijingm. TNU, first founded in 1958，is a comprehensive university which featuring in teaching and academic excellence. It is the only key university on education in Tianjin. The main campus of the university, with an impressive pleasant ambience and campus culture, covers an area of 680,000 square meters to provide education for 30,000 students, making it the largest of all the universities in Tianjin.
TNU values international cooperation and exchanges. It has established cooperation with 86 famous universities from more than 30 countries. The enrollment of international students was started in 1964, which enjoys quite high prestige in international students education. The yearly intake of students is over 2700 from more than 40 countries. The total scale of the international students ranges the first place in all the universities of Tianjin in the past three years.
